Ohhhh, I feel stupid. I got on here to get recipe ideas, and apparently this bottle is nothing like I thought it was. I found it at Kroger the other day for $10 and figured that the little ball inside was to hold things to infuse your water. Oops. I guess it pays to read labels. Oh well, it worked for me! LOL This morning I stuffed the little ball with a couple slices of cucumber, a chunk of ginger, some mint leaves, about 5 blueberries, and then squeezed some lemon juice in my water and shook everything up. It was awesome! :) I call it my Lemintgingcucberry H²O. I am going to go back and get another shaker bottle since I'm now aware of its purpose. This would be perfect to make omelets when we go camping.

I've used it for my Usana Nutrimeal.. following 350 ml cold water with three scoops of strawberry flavored nutrimeal. It was creamy! seriously no lumps. Pretty impressed.

Just bought one for my protein shakes. I really hope it does it's job because I'm very tired of these lumpy protein shakes I've had before.

actually, no. spoons don't get the job done like this. i bought protein powder and try to just stir it in, and it was disgusting. clumps EVERYWHERE. blender bottles are so cheap it's worth it.

I mainly use it as a water bottle so I don't have to re use plastic bottles all the time. But when I workout in the evening it's nice that I can just use the same bottle then wash it when I'm done
